Art Starts is trusteeing a Youth Arts Action project in the Neptune, Lawrence Heights and Lotherton neighbourhoods. The Youth Arts Action project is looking to put together a team of youth, from these communities, who want to learn how to organize youth arts events in their neighbourhoods.
