Mindfulness workshop on May 10

The youth satellite of the Jane/ Finch Centre will be hosting a mindfulness workshop in partnership with York University- School of Social Work for service providers that work with youth.  The workshop is scheduled for May 10. Beautiful Minds' will be hosting a workshop on Resiliency this Sunday in Scarborough at Don Montgomery Comunity Centre at 3:30pm. We will have a featured guest Randell from R.I.S.E and a yoga workshop following this . The event is free and for youth 13-29 years old.
