!Imagine That! March Break Camp will be offered from March 13-17 2017. The focus of the programming for this week is to create spaces for children to use their imagination and creativity. It will bring together the elements of recreation, cooking, conversations on food justice, Indigenous peoples of the Americas' connection to food, physical activity, skill development (communication, teamwork, leadership), visual arts (plaster mask making), and use of recyclable materials to create a special project conceptualized and led by the group of children at the camp. Children will explore their creativity in a way that is intentional and expansive, while engaging in conversations about cultures, languages, and stories that their peers bring to Toronto, their own neighbourhood, and their schools.
