You have been working in a
high-growth e-commerce business or digital agency where you've learned
how to optimize eCommerce platforms to improve conversion, increase
average order value and ensure the highest levels of customer
satisfaction. You have to love operations and consider yourself an
operations ninja.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing and driving day-to-day operations of the business including
product development (need a keen design eye) and supply chain (did we
mention strong operational ability?)

2. Manage the team as well as
freelancers/contractors that we use to drive growth, new products and
initiatives to grow the community.

3. We have a bunch going on at
any given time - new suppliers, new retailers, paid ads, A/B testing,
new product development, resupplying a warehouse, working with
developers on an App, etc. You'll be responsible for maintaining
momentum and growth.

4. Work on the e-commerce optimization with
freelancers to improve look and feel, conversions, drive traffic and
paid acquisition, including overseeing customer service.

5. Maintaining daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual team reporting rhythms.

6. Have a good grasp of business fundamentals to make decisions based on financials.



  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, including knowledge of
    supply chain, fulfilment, digital marketing and customer services
  • Strong operational skills. Ability to stay on top of several loops.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and the ability to collaborate closely with creatives.
  • Ability to flourish in an extremely fast-paced, high-growth environment with moderate direction.
  • Meticulous/thorough with details and incredibly organized and proactive.
  • Strong references from previous employers and team members
  • Prior experience ideally in a fast-growing startup/agency. Experience building and working with a talented team is important.
