Description

You're a leader, and really care about making a difference in people's lives.
Imagine putting yourself to work in a fast-growing company that has
already positively impacted hundreds of thousands of lives, with the
potential to do much, much more!

You'll be managing the day-to-day business of our growing business. You will be driving new
avenues of growth, creating systems and seeing them through to their
logical conclusion. You'll be juggling projects with the team from new
products to building community. As our team is small, you'll start with
taking on multiple roles. The best part, you can build your own team as
you grow the business and yourself.

You have a strong background in operations and have a keen design eye. You're
confident in growing and scaling an already successful e-commerce
business with a small team. You might have even been instrumental in
scaling a company in the past. People love working with you, and they
know working with you isn't easy, because you demand their best.

You have the ability to stay on top of several threads while being
organized, drive strong business growth, and are passionate about
products that make a real change in people's lives. You live and breathe
personal development.

You have been working in a
high-growth e-commerce business or digital agency where you've learned
how to optimize eCommerce platforms to improve conversion, increase
average order value and ensure the highest levels of customer
satisfaction. You have to love operations and consider yourself an
operations ninja.
