The Original Smiths will be hosting a 2-day pop shop with vintage, up-cycled clothing and handmade jewelry with interactive talks from three women of colour speaking about tech, photography, self-care and wellness at 187 Augusta, July 22nd (11 am - 9 pm) and 23rd (12 pm - 6 pm)
 
 Join us for a mini summer jam at Banh Mi Bar, the night of July 22nd as a celebration for our opening of our Pop-Up Shop!
 $5 cover at the door.

We are hosting a Female Career Day Event on Nov 12th at 12:30pm at the Flemingdon Park Library in the Auditorium.  The event will feature a meet and greet with over 15 amazing women in different careers. Some of our speakers include: Nurses, ECE, High School Teacher, Director, City Workers, Employment Workers, Film Producers , Radio Host and more! There will be pizza, prizes and the event will conclude with a Zumba session ( so wear comfortable clothing)! Self-identified female youth are welcome to join ages 12-29 year old. We hop to see you there!

There will be different workshops for youth (13-19) to attend and learn more about the world of business while being able to win great prizes. 

Think you have what it takes to Be the Boss? Participants can register to participate in a pitch competition for top prizes of $200, $300 and $500 cash!!

The day will end with a party through our partnership with Freedom Fridayz after our Community BBQ!
