Shape Your Life Boxing Session

Next "Shape Your Life" boxing session! Free program for survivors of violence.

We have a "Shape Your Life" free boxing session coming up at the Toronto Newsgirls Boxing Club!

This one will be for women, trans and genderqueer participants who identify as survivors of violence and will take place on Saturdays from 2:30-4:30pm from January 16 to February 20.

The MFRC Soccer Drillz Program is designed specifically for boys and girls ages 11-14 years old with little or no experience in the game of soccer as well as those who have limited exposure to recreation or team sports.  Youth will be given access to an National Coaches Certification Program (NCCP) qualified coach once per week to support the development of their technical and tactical skills through fun games, competitions and other activities including listening to guest speakers, participating in
