The City of Toronto is developing a 20-year plan to guide decision making and investment in parks and recreation facilities such as community centres, sport fields, pools, ice rinks, and bike/skate parks.

We want to hear from youth and youth organizations.

Join us for a focus group on parks and recreation facilities and help to shape the future of Toronto's active spaces and people places.

The very popular Taiko Drumming Workshops are back!

Thanks to Raging Asian Women (RAW), the QAY Health Promotion Project will be having a series of Taiko Drumming workshops again!

Include in your new year a healthy way of expressing yourself through movement and the rhythmical beating of the Taiko drums! Last year, many of the participants went out of their comfort zone and felt a great sense of accomplishment and confidence from participating in these series of workshops. So, If you want to try something new, sign up with us!

Come join us at Fife House to learn how to cook easy, inexpensive and nutritious meals! We'll be learning how to make San Choy Bau, Gulaman and a fruit parfait!

There are only 12 spots available so make sure you RSVP as soon as you can!

Tokens and food (of course!) will be provided at this event. All you'll need to bring is your appetite!
