The 2015 Harmony Awards Gala, is Harmony Movement’s annual fundraiser and awards ceremony celebrating the contributions of leaders for social change across Canada. This year’s Harmony Awards will take place on November 5, 2015 at the Bram & Bluma Appel Salon in the Toronto Reference Library.

YMCA Youth Connection Community Circle- For Service Providers

The Etobicoke Albion Road YMCA would like to invite community agencies serving youth, particularly in the North Toronto to join us as part of our ongoing efforts to serve youth in the community.

The YMCA has just recently launched its Youth Job Connection: a program to connect youth most distant from the labor market to employment opportunities. Though the Community Circle is being launched simultaneously, this circle is to act as a referral source for all member agencies of the circle as we seek to fill gaps in the lives of the clients that we serve.

Women's Place and Girls United will be celebrating the International Day of the
Girl this Friday, October 2nd from 4pm-7pm at 90 Littles Road. The
young women in Girls United have been planning a day that truly
celebrates being a girl! We have Jill Andrews as a guest speaker who
will be talking about body confidence, as well as fun games, activities
and discussions. The event is geared to girls 10+.
