Youth Facilitator Training in August 1-3 & 8-10, 2017

The Game Changers Program at St. Stephen's Community House is offering a Youth Facilitator Training open to youth aged 18-25 years old. Youth who participate in the training will be certified in mediation skills and be added to our youth mediator roster. In addition to this, participants will receive a train-the-trainer’s component and become certified facilitators for the Game Changers program. Certified facilitators will be called to co-facilitate mediation skills training in middle schools and high-schools located downtown or in the Jane-Finch community.

Every month, Reclaim Your Voice provides safe spaces for survivors of various forms of abuse to share their stories before a supportive audience. Since 2012, over 75 people have broken their silence at our events. If you are tired of carrying the shame of what has happened to you, we encourage you to attend our October 22nd event, either to speak or to listen.
