Come and celebrate International Youth Day! We are hosting an fun filled day centralized around entrepreneurship.

There will be different workshops for youth (13-19) to attend and learn more about the world of business while being able to win great prizes. 

Think you have what it takes to Be the Boss? Participants can register to participate in a pitch competition for top prizes of $200, $300 and $500 cash!!

The day will end with a party through our partnership with Freedom Fridayz after our Community BBQ!

As you may know, the City of Toronto has recently experienced a surge in gun violence and is currently on pace to breaking the gun deaths record of the year 2005 dubbed “The Year of the Gun”.  It has many wondering what measures must we take in order to stop gun crime, & how we can focus on the needs of (MVP) youth most vulnerable to serious violence & crime.

Grief Support Groups starting in July

An opportunity to connect with other bereaved people in a safe,
supportive and confidential setting. This 10-week bereavement group
is facilitated by trained peer support volunteers.

The Children and Youth Grief Network (CYGN) is a collaboration of 7 organizations that aim to provide education, information and resources related to supporting children and youth that are grieving the dying or death of someone they care about.

Our vision is that every child and youth has honest information and well-informed support when someone they care about is dying of has died. Our mission is to advocate for educational opportunities and support services that will benefit children and youth who are grieving the dying or death of someone they care about.
